One thing that I have really been trying to do is find a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch that leaves me satisfied so I do not SCARF down my Lunch!
I have tried many bars, and I have to say I absolutely LOVE CLIF BAR. They are made with organic oats and soybeans and the bar really leaves me feeling satisfied and I tend to eat a lighter lunch. There are some great bar selections to, from Peanut Toffee Buzz, Chocolate Chip, Crunchy Peanut Butter and many more! Yummy...so good!
